"Blue Challenge"

Here is another layout of my niece.  I used all Tim Holtz products for this layout.  I could scrapbook layouts of her all day if I had the time.  The only "non" Tim products used were the 6 blue "bling" stones.  I used his paper, clock, grunge paper and grunge board.  I don't usually use blue but it fit with her little blue jean outfit.  Challenge:  The Scrappy Tree: World-Pneumonia-day-blue-challenge
